Urgent Care | Kaiser Permanente Lakewood Medical Offices

I had an excellent experience here at Kaiser Urgent Care. They took care of me in a timely manner and made sure I had everything I needed while traveling out of state. Everyone was very friendly to me which was very relieving.

Yeesh, the check-in crew need to check their attitudes. To the young man wearing yellow sunglasses today, feel free to find a new career not in a customer facing role! I saw him interact horribly with each patient he helped no matter their age or race. The wait time was over an hour to see the initial nurse and then an additional hour to see the doctor and get labs. We were told over a phone call that there was no wait 20 minutes before we arrived. However, the doctor and nurse that helped us today were amazing! So shoutout to those two!

This urgent care is amazing. I unfortunately have been here Three times in the past year:
1) broken bone
2) stitches in hand
3) bronchitis
Each time I’ve never waited too long to be seen and everyone I’ve encountered has been incredibly sympathetic and kind. I feel heard and cared about and I’m very thankful for the amazing staff, nurses and doctors. I always leave feeling so much better!!! Great place, definitely would recommend ??
