The Root Acupuncture team is absolutely fantastic. The knowledge, skill, & level of compassion that's brought to each client is admirable. From helping with woman's hormones to pain resolution, I can't recommend these practitioners enough to anyone in the Littleton, Lakewood, Denver Metro Area & beyond.

I've been seeing Zach for acupuncture for a few months and I can't really believe the impact it has had - mostly on my anxiety/ mind but I've seen other changes as well. This is probably a staple in my life from here forward. THIS is the shift I've needed for my health but I've looked for it in lots of other places and tried to "do" more than was probably helpful. I think acupuncture was just what I needed. I feel connected to my body again in a way I'm not sure I ever have.
