Poor communication early on when I was hoping for some guidance navigating doctor appointments and insurance issues. They were slow to return calls and emails and sometimes not at all. The total time for my case was almost a year.
In the end, i believe the worker comp settlements are pretty standard for certain injuries, though the system is devised in such a way that lawyer representation is necessary.
