Just purchased an older BMW 5 series after my X3 was stolen, recovered, totaled, and been having some fun fixing this thing up. Well, the window tint wasn't what I wanted so I wanted to get it redone. During the service, it was discovered that they had to remove the old material in order to properly install the new film and be able to warranty it. It all made sense to me so I asked them to move forward. Ill be honest, I was a little surprised it was as expensive it was.
