Carrie is extremely knowledgeable and unbelievably talented. I found her when I was looking for someone to help with my TMJ. I have chronic TMJ and back issues, and she has helped me so much. I can honestly say I have never met a more skilled massage therapist. There is nothing she doesn’t seem to understand about the body, and her goal is clearly to heal from within, always with a gentle, kind, and intuitive approach. I tell everyone I know how great she is!!!
Carrie’s Tmj work is amazing! I’ve noticed such a change and release in my jaw and neck after having just a few sessions with her. She’s also trained in tuning forks which really relaxes my body during the session.
Carrie is excellent. She has a number of different modalities of massage including Myofascial Release. I had never experienced this myself and I was impressed at the difference. Carrie focuses on the fiberous connective tissues between the muscles. She has an excellent touch and can find muscles and connective tissue that is inflamed even when I didn’t notice those points at first. It was amazing! I look forward to working with Carrie again.
