I have been going to this practice for 3 years and every time I’ve needed a prescription, there is an issue. Every. Single. Time.
Not once in the past 3 years have they been able to successfully call in a prescription for me. Every single time, I’m on the phone with them going back and forth for days. I have no idea what system they use, if it’s an issue with their computers or employees, but wow is it bad. They’ll claim they called something in that the pharmacy never received, refill requests will be denied for no apparent reason, the receptionists are ALWAYS confused when I call. It’s very frustrating.

I moved from the Lakewood area and now live about three hours away, but Dr. Edward Shuherk is the reason I still go to this office. I cannot express enough how grateful I am to have such an amazing doctor. He’s a great listener, explains everything clearly, and takes the time to make sure you never feel rushed. I always leave with all my questions answered.
I also want to mention the wonderful staff—they’re always friendly, professional, and welcoming. I truly appreciate this entire team and love this office so much!
I appreciate my PA Theresa Dennison. She’s thorough, easy to talk to, makes sure all required stuff is up to date, follows up with concerns. Appreciate my chart for easy access to labs, test results and quick messaging to the doc.
