SCL Health Medical Group - Belmar

Fantastic experience. Friendly welcoming front desk staff , new patient intake nurse and Dr Federico were wonderful. I felt very comfortable and in great hands. I am new to the medical system in this country and all my questions and concerns were addressed. Intermountain health also managed my appointment booking and issue with professionalism and care .

11/1/23 Update: Disappointed in a situation this week. My mail order inhaler did not come in time before I left out town (I ordered 10 days in advance). Called and spoke with someone on Monday 10/30/23 to request a refill in the town I was located for work. It's Wednesday 11/1 and the refill has still not been called in. I've called the office 3x with no solution. Pretty unfortunate, especially for an inhaler. I'm really unsure of all of these low star reviews. I have been coming to this office since before it was SCL Belmar medical. The staff is amazingly courteous, kind, thoughtful, and extremely patient. I was there this morning to have blood work drawn, and Andrew, the phlebotomist is quite amazing! I'm sure we've all had our own experience, bad or good, with getting our blood drawn. This one was definitely not a bad one. I barely felt the needle, and it was over in what felt like a literal blink of an eye. This whole staff is incredible! I have never had any issues with them!
