Amy is a skilled and deeply knowledgeable practitioner. I came to her with a debilitating injury with very idiosyncratic symptoms that would ultimately require surgery. She gave me the personalized attention that I needed in my specific case to stay strong and mobile leading up to my surgery, and has been an integral part of my recovery to full strength. Now on the other side of my injury, my practice at Pilates Plus is an essential piece of my overall health. I can’t recommend her enough. Thank you Amy!

I like the small class size and community atmosphere. Excellent instructors that provide personalized attention. It's nice to be able to get a massage, Feldenkrais or PT there as well.

jules is the owner and kind as they come. I have come to find this to be the best over all experience for rehabbing an injury or strengthening my core to be the best athlete possible. A big thanks for always jules you are amazing love your studio. Sincerely pj
