I was experiencing shoulder and back pain upon my arrival to Denver. I was in search of a masseuse when I found this hidden gem. Mile High Holistics has exceeded my expectations. Rose did such an amazing job that I decided to return the very next day! If you live in Denver or are just visiting, take some time to enjoy a relaxing massage. Thank you all, such an amazing staff!
I visited mile high Holistics at their previous location and got a massage for my birthday! I can’t remember who did my massage but she was amazing. I never went back unfortunately:-( but I saw the email about acupuncture coming through from mile high holistic and I decided to try it for the first time. Iann is AMAZING. I felt sooo relaxed after my treatment. She is very easy to talk to. Loved my experience, already rebooked for next month :) Thank you guys! The new place is awesome too.
I've had 2 massages at Mile High Holistics so far and both were really great. I really like being able to see a lot of different types of therapists in one location and I have a lot more I can see still. My most recent massage was with Rose and she was able to pin point an issue I've been having with the right side of my rib cage and release the tension I had there and in my right upper back. I also have lower back issues I've had for 20 years and she was able to release tension there and allow my hips and back to release as well. By the time I was done with my massage I felt like my body melted into the table! It was devine.
