It's been years since I've had a massage and it finally came time that I just had to get worked on. My friend referred me to La Vie so I decided to give them a try. My therapist was Judy, and she was amazing. I took the 60 minute option with hot stones and 30 minutes into it I upped it to a 90 minute massage. Judy was very knowledgeable of the muscles and her hand strength was great, she was really able to work the tightness out of my long abused muscles. I left there feeling like a million bucks. La Vie Spa is a splendid experience. From the phone call to schedule, to the time we met and when while receiving treatment, Lily is completely professionally, gracious, and truly nice person. Her skills in massage, knowledge of the human body and her varied techniques had me coming away feeling revitalized and terrific! I definitely recommend La Vie Spa to one and all! Thank you!
