Steve and I met Mitch at the Kansas State Fair in September of 2024. We were hoping to win something like cash, a car, or a coupon for some meat. Yes, the registration forms we filled out asked if we were homeowners, and if we had a water softener. We were determined not to buy a new water softener prior to Mitch coming here on 9/19/24. After seeing the results of the water tests Mitch took; was told by Mitch our current water softener was gone; what they have done and are currently doing for NASA, we changed our minds quickly. We got our new water softener in on 9/20/24. We also got a water filter under the kitchen sink on the same day.
