The Salon/Spa is beautiful and the waiting room was very relaxing. The front desk receptionist was welcoming and professional. Once in the room for the facial I really liked that they had a bag hanging on the door for all of my stuff and a small jewelry holder for jewelry and rings. Destinie did an amazing job on my facial. She explained everything she was doing and explained all the products she was using and what each of them did. She had the most soothing voice and it was very relaxing. The massage table was amazingly comfortable and warm. Absolutely wonderful. Jacob was very kind and asked me if I had an area I'd like to focus on. I have not been asked that before when getting past massages. I appreciated that because my pain is always from the waist up. I definitely plan on being back (hopefully more than once a year). Also, the woman at the front today (July 20th), absolutely wonderful. I wish I got her name! You started my great experience as soon as I walked in
Michael's professional skills as a massage therapist are excellent & enhanced by his caring capacity to recall each clients individual needs & preferences.
Destinie has many skills: face, hair, nails. Her delightful personality makes each visit an occasion. However, I find that frequent Signature pedicures with her are pleasurable And an absolute must for foot health.
The entire Spa experience at Immerse are my favorite days on the calendar each month.
