Erik Henderson Team - Northpointe Bank

The Eric & Eric Team at Academy Mortgage have been simply amazing to work with! In the purchase of our first home, our refinancing, and the purchase of our second home we have been tremendously supported every step of the way. They are fast, reliable and find the best rates! They keep us educated about what's going on in the market - they stay in touch well after the transaction. They're invested in your long-term financial success. Trustworthy, honest, friendly, reliable - the BEST in the BUSINESS!

They went above and beyond in meeting my expectations. I have heard horror stories in the past from friends about lenders and I had nothing but a wonderful experience. Since this was my first experience buying a home I did not know what to expect and Eric did a great job calling me and providing me with education along the way. He did a great job explaining everything so that I could understand it, make good financial decisions for my family, and feel confident thru this process. My real estate agent told us that Academy Mortgage (Eric) was now the the top two amazing lenders she has worked with and she will be referring her clients to Academy. I cannot say anything about what I would improve, because I was 150% happy!!!

These guys are awesome - Top notch customer service and attention to detail and great rates. Thanks for making our ReFi go so smooth.
