Not welcoming, asked for layers, I showed photos of how I wanted my haircut, came out with choppey hair, not blended, and its more like feathers thn layers. Even the way she was cutting my hair it was like she put not effort into it. I wasn't gonna tip but she didn't even give me my change. I was waiting there for it but I guess she needed more thn me. Would not recommend this place.

Very unfriendly, unhelpful, judgmental boomer staff. Site advertises walk ins for all sorts of different services, so I walked in, was not even greeted by the employee, sat in their waiting room for 15 minutes as she talked to an elderly woman. Finally after about 30 minutes of just sitting there, waiting, I initiated the conversation about what I wanted done. She said she can't do that, even though it's advertised on the site as a standard service (simple hair color), while scrunching up her nose as I was describing what I wanted done. She offered no solutions, gave me a card and told me to call the owner who for some reason wasn't in at their opening... read full review

The stylists and barbers at this shop are all friendly and talented. However, I unintentionally overheard a conversation involving the husband and wife owners that made me wonder how any of the workers can stand being around them, much less work for them. Clearly, they are cruel, insincere, narcissistic, overbearing bullies.... enough so that I will make arrangements with my barber to come to my house in the future and will never return to this shop. I also will encourage everyone I know to go ANYWHERE else for a haircut. My only regret is that I cannot give zero star review.
