Everyone at the Aspen Ridge ENT that I dealt with was friendly yet very professional. The office staff helped me with getting records, which saved me time. Annelise, the audiologist, was thorough and knowledgeable as was Rebecca the PA who examined me. I felt listened to and respected by everyone.
Rebecca is amazing and thorough. Grateful for her expertise. She’s also kind. She goes the extra mile and took me into microscope room to look into my ear more thoroughly and remove some wax. I know I am in excellent hands.
I got to see Dr Gordon and Dr Meyer. I was a little nervous because I had to bring my three kids with me to my appointment. Let me just say - both doctors were above and beyond kind and helpful during my appointments! When they say “it takes a village” I think this is what they mean. I have amazing kids but there’s no way I could’ve made it such an easy experience on my own. Aside from the kids aspect - both doctors were knowledgeable and truly listened to my concerns. A problem that I’ve had for quite some time was detected with a game plan to resolve it also. Highly recommend this doctors office!!
