C D Nail Spa - PERMANENTLY CLOSED

My receipt shows City Nails as the name of the business but the address is the same as C D Nail Spa. I'm not sure which is right, so I'm reviewing both (since they have to be the same). My husband got a manicure and I got a pedicure here on January 21. We are not from this area and my husband hasn't had many manicures but I've had pedicures in many different places. He thought the manicure was fine but the young lady who gave him his manicure did not say even one word to him. When he talked, she acted like she didn't hear him. It was really weird. I really wanted to like this place , but considering our experience I can't give this place more than two stars honestly . Being located in a mall, I would make sure there's at least 5 people working, there were only three of them and the lab was also manning the front reception area plus working on someone. I thought things were going to be pretty easy considering they didn't seem too busy and got us in in 10 minutes . Cool, we got shown to our seats for pedis , my lady did a pretty good job, spent sometime massaging my legs which was well needed and she took here time. However, I feel like I got short changed because I didn't get a good scrub in my feet like I'm use to . Her paint job was great, but I didn't get my toe nails dug out which if you know, you know this is essential in foot care. So okay no big deal. She did my hands. And I feel like they cam out okay, but some nails seemed like she missed closer to the cuticles. I got regular shellac mani with natural nails that are short so yeah didn't take long. My gripe is honestly with the fact we were in there for 2 hours, and shouldn't not have been because the lady doing my god daughters nails stopped at least twice to start/do services for others WHILE doing hers.... I'm sorry what??? It really took way too long as we didn't do anything crazy. My god daughter wanted coffin shaped nails. Fine 60 dollars for it? In not sure if I paid extra because the shape or what. We didn't care it was her birthday and an festivity/ occasion the next day so fine. But the lady left glue residue behind also on her fingers and they didn't look too clean up close. Colors were cute but up close they liked messy. I believe in paying for service, and I didn't have the time to thoroughly analyze , but I paid 160, for Tao pedis and two manis... that weren't too involved so I feel like their prices aren't consistent with there services being advertised. The location and feel of the shop is very nice and clean, I just wish service was up to par here. I witnessed the ´maman, out of being way too busy telling people oh come back 45 minutes... I'm sorry but just because you're in a mall, turning people away this way should not be done. Be up front and honest as to why the wait is long , offer to text, buzz or something but the man clearly was a bit beside himself with people wanting services. Like I said, if you're in a mall, there should be staff, this place cans definitely thrive if they changed a couple things the ladies working were nice but customer handling was not good.
