WARNING: DO NOT RENT HERE – NIGHTMARE MANAGEMENT
From day one, this place has been a nightmare. The unit smelled like a locker room, the heat didn’t work properly for several days in the middle of winter, and maintenance has repeatedly failed to fix things—one guy even turned the heat off (after asking if we wanted it on!).
Management lies, dodges questions, and only tells you what they want you to know. They moved us in without telling us there were roaches. We’ve been dealing with them for three months with no meaningful action. This 5 star review is for Tim Altevogt w/ maintenance. My garbage disposable decided to break last night unleashing a flood under my sink. Tim was here 1st thing in the morning & installed a new disposal. Very professiinal & friendly. Thanks again Tim. You rock!
Really great experience working with Alyssa to get into our unit! She was so helpful, answered our questions, and went above and beyond to help. She made it super straightforward for our family.
