What I love about Apple One is that they accept feedback and use the feedback as learning opportunities. I respect their leadership and ownership of processes that can and should be fixed and to see the perspective's of others who didn't have the best experience out of the gate. My experience with Apple One has moved forward in a very warm and positive manner. Most businesses are not open to feedback or take the time to follow up customers, so the extra mile in my book is greatly appreciated and valued.
