Applause Therapeutic Massage

Found Linda through a Groupon, but have continued to go back (over the years) as she has given the BEST therapeutic massage. I have issues with my back and feet due to past sport injuries, and found that she attacks the area by also addressing the other muscles nearby. The result: not just a nice, "fluffy" massage, but one that DOES feel good but also loosens up and helps the effected area. Recently, I have been having issues with my lymphatic system, and her additional knowledge into this area has helped in even ways I didn't know or understand. I highly recommend Linda, and Applause, to you and your family.

After 3 times of calling to book an appointment someone finally answered the phone. No hello no company name announced just 'Ashey'. Me: err is this the massage centre? Ashely: Yes Me: okay, I was wondering of you had availability for two people today? Ashley: no not today Me: okay bye. Very rude attitude. Didn't elaborate on when they would have free space and didn't try to book any future business. Terrible business management

I purchased Groupon deals for my husband and myself to get massages here. When I booked through Groupon, I was unable to make an appointment for both of us at the same time, so I scheduled them for one after the other. My therapist, Ashlee, called me to say that she saw our booking and to ask if we wanted them at the same time - win! I was impressed that she went out of her way to ask. Unfortunately, we were delayed by traffic and then the address on the Groupon sent us to the wrong building. I stayed in touch with Ashlee and she (very kindly) offered to reschedule us, since at that point we would have been close to half an hour late. Again, I was impressed with how kind and flexible she was. When I finally made it to my massage a few days later, it was a very nice experience. Ashlee was as friendly in person as she had been over the phone, and was able to accommodate my pregnant belly easily. I've given this review with 4 stars instead of 5... A) because I think the address mix up wasn't entirely my fault and that the location should have been more clear, B) because the system didn't just let me book massages at the same time in the first place, and C) because my idea of a 5 star massage takes place in a nice spa rather than an office building. But I would definitely recommend Ashlee and Applause Therapeutic to others :)
