Tamra was timely in arriving to my home to support the many needs that I had, due to purchasing a new computer. We communicated prior to her coming to my home so she understood the depth of what needed to be done. She got down to business right away, making sure she once again understood my laundry list of to-do's and dove right into setting up my computer. Tamra was very conscientious (and pleasant) as she worked on my machine, being very careful with new settings and saving and documenting everything along the way. It was a complicated assignment with a lot of problem solving involved, as my custom build had several unusual glitches and unique settings and missing files. We walked through all the backing up and installing together. She was fair in her fees!

Last month, my home desktop computer would try to boot, but just would not. For a couple of days I tried and tried to. I called Tamra and she started working on my computer. She took great effort and was able to save both my C and D drives. This meant everything to me! I run 2 businesses from my desktop and have literally hundreds of hours of work saved on there. I graphic design for over 30 restaurants and have taken thousands of food pictures and created MP4 videos that she saved for me.
