Their project manager was on site at least once a day, and sometimes for the entire day, managing subs, coordinating the materials and schedule, and communicating with us on choices. When issues surfaced, like a quality problem with their bathroom tile sub, they were quick to rectify it to our satisfaction, and at their expense. They finished the project slightly ahead of the original schedule. Most importantly, they put our satisfaction ahead of all else, and we are delighted with the results.“
