Elvia is a wizard! I had a velvet sequin jumpsuit that I can only assume was not easy material to work with and she was able to alter it to fit perfectly and on the outside you cannot even tell it was altered. It fits like a glove now and I would recommend her work to anyone looking for alterations!
Elvia is such a kind person and is amazing at her craft. I've had her alter and repair various clothing, such as hemming pants/dresses and repairing zippers and stitching. She always has superb attention to detail - the finish looks professional, and her repairs held up over time. She also always completes the work quickly (makes sure to get it done as fast as you need it), and her prices are fair. I reached out to Elvia based on previous reviews and was not disappointed. I needed a bridesmaid dress altered for my sisters wedding and it turned out to need way more tweaking than anticipated. Elvia hemmed it, tightened up the shoulders, adjusted/expanded the waist, tightened the layered top half, and tightened the sides. My first visit after dropping it off, the dress was basically fully pulled apart at the seams and held together with pins.
