We hung in there with the grumpy guy at the front counter for years. Decent dry cleaning, but they lost my clothes, and the guy was dismissive (literally waved me off) when I insisted I brought clothes in 2 weeks prior. I found the ticket at home, marched back in, and got my clothes. He tied my order to another person’s number. He didn't acknowledge the error nor apologize. I could have lost $500 in clothes. Moving on and will give a neutral score and write it off to a language barrier since the lady who runs the place is pleasant and the cleaning good.

Amazing dry cleaning done on my very expensive dress that is completely covered in beadwork. They were the first dry cleaners that accepted the dress with so much beadwork and I was skeptical such a small shop would be able to handle it. (They do everything on site.) It came back clean and every bead was in place. They'll definitely have my business. Their English skills aren't the best but they're super friendly.

Over the last year I’ve brought them several jeans to be hemmed. They did a great job matching the thread with the original. I couldn’t believe how good of a job they did! I even recommended them to some neighbors.

A few weeks ago I brought them 2 more pairs of jeans to be hemmed. They hemmed the jeans, noting they were nice and expensive jeans. I got home and noticed that they didn’t use the original style thread and went back to have them fixed. She said that they stitched the original hem.
