I've worked with Kevin Chard on a real estate purchase and sale. Kevin is steady, responsive and knowledgeable. Buying or selling real estate can be a stressful process. I'm a tough customer. Michelle has done an outstanding job with my multiple properties, handling all the details and being firm and fair. While I sometimes haven't liked her policies, she is clear up front about them, and it turns out they are rooted in years of experience of knowing how these systems work, and why policies actually work to benefit PMs, owners, and tenants.
