Joinus provides excellent dry cleaning and alteration services. I’ve been using them for years and have always been satisfied with the quality of their services. They have even gone out of their way to deliver an item to my house the night before I left town for a trip. I take my normal cleaning there and have also had many items hemmed/altered with great satisfaction. Can’t recommend highly enough.
Jamie Kim is so wonderful! My partner and I have periodically used her for dry cleaning and alterations over the years and have always been satisfied. Recently, I used her services for two dresses for my wedding, and she did an amazing job with a very quick turnaround. I misjudged the length of one of the hemming jobs that I needed done, and she offered to adjust it for me again and finished it within just two days. Jamie has always been very nice, kind, and professional. We highly recommend her :)
I had such a great experience here! Jamie, the owner, is so kind and made the whole process easy. She helped alter my wedding dress and also dry cleaned my dress along with my husband’s tux. Everything turned out beautifully and the service was so fast! Highly recommend this place for both alterations and dry cleaning.
