We needed a standard window well replaced with a tricky timeline. When I called around on a Tuesday morning for availability and cost, Rene called me back right away and was very detailed. He asked questions about size location, etc, clearly explained the process for replacing our window well and took his time to answer my various questions. He fit the work into his schedule right away, and 4 days later his crew had all the work done and cleaned up so that you barely could tell they were there.
