Greg was amazing! He worked around my busy schedule and had my phone fixed in an incredibly fast timeframe. He was super communicative and easy to work with. Handled everything with ease. Hit up Greg with any of your phone issues. He’s the man!! Over 5 stars if I could give it a higher rating. My phone looks like new! No complaints!!
Gregg fixed my screen for a second time and took care of some extra corrosion this time too! I appreciate the convenient location and quality work.4/9/24 update - new screen for my son's tablet. Gregg got it done faster than expected. Excellent work.
Gregg is incredible! Woke up this morning ready to take on the day with lots of activities. Phone was locked up and wouldn’t work at all (looked like a software update went wrong). I contacted Gregg at 7 AM. He responded within a few minutes, gave me quick reset processes that I was unaware of by googling it, Gregg coached me through a different process and my phone is back up and working by 8 AM. Ready to take on the rest of my day. Thank you, Gregg!!!
