Tucker came within a few days of a requested service call. He diagnosed and fixed the problem, replacing necessary parts that he had on the truck. Simply the best. Had Todd out to fix a Viking refrigerator door that wouldn't remain closed. Had two other companies look at it in the past, try a number of things with no luck. Todd came in spent about 30 min taking a look and ordered the parts needed. Came back within the week - Done. Highly recommend!

Timely response, during Xmas holiday season. Had the replacement washer drain pump on hand. Very good service. Also fixed minor problem with dishwasher door closing. Highly recommend.
