After a week of no AC and other companies no call, no showing on us, Randy with CPM got out here and helped us out. He was polite, courteous, and very professional. I would call these guys again over anyone else
Evan and Randy were excellent. Randy was expeditious in his work. Quickly found the issue with my AC (which broke on the hottest day of the year) and promptly got it back up and running. Evan ensured that we didn’t have long of a wait and was able to get Randy out to our house before the height of the days temp was reached. He even called to follow up on the service and how the AC was cooling down. Highly recommend CP Mechanical!
My AC went out on one of the hottest days. Called CP mechanical first thing in the morning and they sent their guys in the afternoon. Very knowledgeable, friendly and professional. Had the part on the truck, got it fixed and verified everything was working before they left. Highly recommend them!
