Shannon is absolutely AMAZING at what she does as well as a just an overall awesome person. I fully recommend her and her knowledge. I suffered a Mild Heart attack with a full blockage on 1 artery on April 9th 2022. Thankfully I am dong very well and should make a full recovery. I had a pre-scheduled appointment for my B-day on April 13th and I was able to still keep that appointment. It was much more needed than original planned for since I did have the Heart Attack and was in ICU for 2 days earlier in the week. Although I didn't really have any restrictions we decided to back off on some of the deeper tissue work and just focus on healing. That was a super awesome day and the massage/ cupping and red light therapy was what I needed. THANKS Shannon!!
