Wonderful practice and support staff. Was traveling through and ended up on the wrong side of gun, tooth I mean, and was lucky enough to end up in the care of Dr. Werner and his wonderful staff. They heard the pain and squeezed me in. The team was thoughtful, explained things thoroughly, ask for my questions, worked through the billing all for someone who was passing through and not part of the family though I am now. My cleaning appointment fell through at another dental office. I stopped by in person since I saw they were accepting new patients and they were able to fit me in-same day! The gals at reception were very nice and helpful. Debbi and Ling were great as well. Thanks to the whole team. Plus, I love all the amethyst crystals in the waiting room! 😀 🦷
Great service and staff, they are very knowledgeable! Love that they try to recommend simple solutions before suggesting more complicated solutions. We’ve been going here for over a year and a half, and we will keep coming back.
