Helpful and knowledgable. Tom Lalonde, the owner, went through trouble shooting with us on the phone and when it was obvious more was needed he scheuled for the next day and would have come the same day if it had been an emergency. He works in Golden and the west side of the Denver metro area too.
Tom Lalonde and his crew are the best!! Lalonde plumbing provided us with exceptionally high-quality service in doing our plumbing and electrical work. Going above and beyond from beginning to end they took care of every detail bringing our old Victorian house up to code. Prices are reasonable and they warranty their work. Highly recommended them! They didn't even charge us for travel time. They worked during a blizzard to replace the furnace, and later added a tankless water heater. Tom is up to date on all the plumbing/heating products, and energy efficiency alternatives.
Completely impressed and satisfied with the job they did for me , Tom the owner spent about an hour and a half explaining everything to me In words I could understand. Dustin and Billy showed up the next day and had my new boiler installed and took less than two days!
