I ordered a couple pigeon traps. The items were shipped immediately but I was not notified of them being shipped. Once I contacted them, they went the extra mile to contact the shipping company and supply me with the shipping information. I also received a follow up call the next day. Everyone I contacted was extremely friendly and helpful. The product arrived in great condition in the time expected. Great customer service!!!

I've been a customer for many years and the selection, speedy processing & shipping, and particularly the knowledge about products and responsiveness to questions and requests from ownership and staff is second to none!
