Liz's Core Transformation is exactly that--transforming mind, body, and soul. I like to cycle, TRX workouts, and kettlebells. My body NEEDS Core Transformation workouts by Liz! I was stregthening and stretching muscles I hadn't been in my other workouts. And I appreciate her knowledge coming from years of experience on wellness--physically, spiritually, and mentally! HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!!!!

I came to Liz with extreme lower back and hip pain. I had two massages with her over two weeks which included adjustments and massage. I don’t like pressure point massage and she gave me a wonderful long strokes and moved my body as needed. She is knowledge about the human body, is kind, caring supportive and sensitive to your emotional needs as well. Also, I had my last massage at her new studio next to the laundromat and Yoga Tree in Hotchkiss. It will be beautiful. Thank you Liz
