My beloved dog pass today was choking violently. She was the only thing that was open and she was close to my house. She had a very compassionate heart and did everything she could to save him very grateful for her. She got a new customer today I’m gonna bring my other dog to her.
My sweet little Scout a 12 week old Shih Tzu started acting uncomfortable and coughing. We realized he had ingested a Woolley Bear Caterpillar earlier in the day. Susan was wonderful! She had us bring Scout right in even though it was after hours. Susan was so helpful and our Scout is on the mend this morning. I am so grateful for Hotchkiss having such a caring and knowledgeable Veterinarian . I will be bringing both of my furry babies to her Animal Hospital for any future concerns. ?
I picked this vet at random because it was the closest one to my house and was pleasantly surprised. She came off as if she genuinely cared about my elderly dog's well being, was completely focused on him/making sure he had everything he needed (even past what we had come in for), and took ample time to make sure it was all done right and my questions were answered. There was no talking to a vet tech and then talking to the veterinarian. There was no dog being taken to another room & waiting for test results. We just did everything together as a team until the appointment was over and we were out the door.
