The billing department had trouble. they began over billing and I was able to get my bill straightened out with my local representatives. The billing department was unresponsive to the changes, requiring me to make several calls to my representatives. The representatives were great and let me know the billing department was not getting or able to respond to the updates from the representatives. As of last billing the billing department was still trying to charge me for a past due sum that had been corrected a couple of months prior.
Sometimes we forget to put our can on the street, our driver will wait a few minutes for us to bring it out before he takes off. We really appreciate that! I do wish we could get a bear-proof residential can.
Have delivery set up for twice a month, if I see them they are always polite, and never leave a mess. I am single so my pick-up rarely needs more than 2 times a month, except sometimes to fill in yardwork things, in the summer. thank-you.
