I have been going to Dr. John for 3 years. He is a great doctor and is very knowledgeable (I would rate him 5 stars). However, the other staff members are unbearable. It helps to have staff who are knowledgeable about insurance plans when it comes to contacts, glasses, and exams. This staff has no knowledge whatsoever. The past few years I have sat there for up to an hour as they try to figure things out. Several times they have told me it is an issue with my insurance, when it turns out in the end it is really just them not knowing what to do. GREAT experience with Dr John and his team, including the eye glass center technicians, this evening. Dr. John took all the time needed to explain everything and made sure I understood everything. He actually recommended THE LEAST EXPENSIVE option for glasses - no "upselling" whatsoever!! I look forward to getting my glasses and enjoy reading again!!

Most of the staff there is great, the doctor and the technician were super nice, but I was put off by the woman who took care of my glasses. She sat in silence for a few minutes staring off into the distance without telling me why. It seemed like I annoyed her when I asked what we were waiting on. Oh well, I got my glasses
