Everyone from security to the check in desk to the nurses to the radiologist to the doctor was friendly, professional, and knowledgeable. I was hesitant to come and worried I was wasting their time … but everyone was very assuring and told me that I’d made the right choice in coming after I described my symptoms. Dawson, Alex, and Dr. Muschalek in particular were very kind and had great bedside manners. UCHealth has taken care of my mother, sister-in-law, and myself. I’d highly recommend going them if you’re in the area and are experiencing an emergency; they’ll take great care of you.

THIS is the way medicine, especially ER, should have been practiced and never was... until UCHealth! I was blown away. The people and the facility set up are incredible! I would have given anything to have practiced like this!!!!!! Everyone was wonderful, pleasant, calm, caring and Xray and CT were right next door. I would, and have, recommended UCH to my entire family without hesitation. No one has ever been disappointed. You, as the patient,...read full review
The hospital and the level of care is excellent, the Pharmacy, however, is atrocious. Literally every time I try to come to get my medicine, I am met with disgruntled employees and just straight up disrespect. I can understand a one time situation, but this has happened on multiple occasions. The lady with the curly blonde hair is deplorable and should not be working with the public. The hospital however, is excellent, especially the specialist. I know they really try hard to run a tight shift here, the pharmacy is severely lacking though. Why is there only one pharmacist assisting customers? Why are they always rude every time you ask them about your medications? Why do they literally not care and have zero empathy?
