Stephanie at Trailhead Physical Therapy was so helpful! I came in with a workout related injury and she is so knowledgeable and professional and helped me heal. She did dry needling each week and really paid attention to what exercises/stretches were helping me and what needed to be adjusted. Stephanie is easy to talk to and trust. I highly recommend!
I HIGHLY recommend Trailhead PT. Matt has helped me through numerous injuries and is the most knowledgeable PT I have ever worked with!! His team is excellent and my entire family have been supported with Matt, Kyle and Steph from teenage sports injuries to back Injuries to post op recovery.
