The clean and well lit studio is great for a workout. The machines ate cutting edge. The best part is you only needed 20 minutes to complete a work out. Coaches are very encouraging.
This studio is so good for building strength! The trainers are by your side to make sure you have the right stance / placement, and their computer-assisted equipment provides the incentive to do better every time you come in. Excellent experience!
Highly recommend this studio for the staff & cleanliness of the equipment. As a 63 year old, I have unigue wrist, knee, back issues that are considered for each piece of equipment. The results I've achieved since Day 1 are incredibly productive for building muscle tone. I surprise myself at times and my coaches are a huge part in cheering me on, even on "off" days when I still manage to set a new record. Forever grateful to the staff.
