I wanted to write a great review after my first visit, but I figured I would wait until everything had been done. I had to come back for multiple appointments just based on the logistics of everything going on in my mouth. The scheduling was easy and convenient for me though. I was incredibly nervous to go to the dentist which is why I hadn’t been in so long. Teeth weren’t bad but needed some maintenance to get back on track. Everyone in this office is incredible. Louie, Brandi, Husband Dr. Chiu. The rest of staff I encountered are great also. Wife Dr. Chiu I heard is amaZing, just didn’t meet her yet. I would recommend this office to anyone. They all made me feel so comfortable and it really helped subside my nervousness. Dr. Chiu is so kind and explains things thoroughly, which I appreciate as a detail-oriented person. Brandi, my hygienist, she is so cool and you can tell she knows what is going on and is skilled in her craft. The staff worked quickly to get my insurance preauthorization done before procedures and no one tried to upsell or say I needed more work than what I knew was needed as lots of people in our area experience at other dental offices. If you were questioning where you should go, this is it. The best experience at a dental office I’ve ever had.
