I've had Kaiser for 4 years. First, I like that everything is in one building. It's extremely helpful; especially with children. I've had vaccines, annual exams and even minor surgeries and out of dozens of visits, only one had a long wait. All test reminders and labs results are on their app. Pharmacy refills are shipped for free and waits are minor for in person pic ups. I've had two eye issues where something had to be removed from my eye. The Chiropractor visits are brief and I have had amazing results getting rid of pain that wouldn't go away. For dermatology the wait to get an appt is long but you can check the app in the am and find cancellations. I've driven to Castle Rock, Lone Tree and Franklin which I don't mind. Overall I'm happy.

I loved nurse Angela who helped me when I arrived. She was funny and made me feel a lot less nervous about my visit - loved her sense of humor.This was my first time seeing Dr. Schlicht and had a great experience during my exam. She listened to all my concerns and gave me thoughtful responses and noticed how nervous I was about the test. She told me everything she would do before she did it and tried to keep me distracted from the exam as she was performing. Thank you!
