Really enjoyed my first time here yesterday. Well trained, friendly and knowledgeable staff. My main goal of wanting to try this is for pain management for inflammation and help with sleep. After my first session yesterday I felt like my muscles were more relaxed, less pain and I felt more relaxed overall to sleep a little better. I’m sure the more often I go the more benefits I will experience and build on it from there. I had a great experience.
