Tory is absolutely wonderful! My sweet pup, a Golden Retriever, looked adorable when I picked her up, all clean and trimmed and fluffy :) Tory communicates well, is on time, does a great job, and is reasonably priced. I'm grateful to have found her and will be a repeat customer, for sure!
Our pups love Tory. She did a fabulous job grooming our 2 pugs. One of our pups is a little anxious and she was so sweet and gentle with him. She is now our go to groomer and we highly recommend her.
Tory is amazing! She did an fantastic job grooming our two dogs. We have a Scottish Terrier and Shih Tsu. We rescued the Shih Tsu and he is very hard to groom due to not being groomed regularly the first two years of his life and some health problems that we are working through. We tried a couple of the "big guys" groomers and even our vet and they gave up trying to groom him over fears that they might hurt him. Tory was able to groom him, even his face and around his eyes that the other places could not get near. Both dogs look great and we will definitely be going back. Another benefit is that she keeps in constant contact with you during the process so you can drop your dog off and she starts working on him right away and then pick him up as soon as he is done. The other places left our poor dogs sitting in cages for hours.
