I absolutely love Carmen! Her attention to detail is outstanding! I get a mens cut with the scalp massage and an eyebrow waxing and from the start she has been exceeding my expectations! At other places, they would miss a small spot or their personality would be dry and their customer service would feel forced. With Carmen you can tell she actually cares to make you look your best when you leave and she is genuine. Carmen has been cutting my hair for at least the last four years. She does it right every time. She is friendly and efficient. I have difficult hair to cut and Carmen always makes sure that it lays right and is the correct length. Her shop is welcoming and relaxing. Carmen has been cutting my hair for about 3 years now and will not go anywhere else. She is very detailed and always asks if I want to do the same cut or something different and always remembers the #3 I like. I am kind of particular in the way I want my hair cut and she always delivers. I have "cowlicks" that make my cut a little more difficult and she knows exactly how to make these lay down. After cutting, she washes and provide a scalp massage that at first I didn't think I needed, but she does such a good job that it actually look forward to that now.
