Ambrose Carpets replaced the carpet in our basement. The entire process was easy, timely and efficient. We knew what to expect every step of the way and everyone we dealt with was professional, knowledgeable and pleasant. We have also had Ambrose do some minor fixes for us in the past with our existing carpet and they have always been great. Thanks!
Ambrose is amazing! We've been using them for years for our carpet cleaning and recently had them install carpet in our basement. Clare and BJ were so helpful as I hate making choices so they narrowed down the carpet samples and helped select the color. They met me on-site to make the selections and take the measurements. I received the quote the next day and the carpet was installed shortly after. The install team was great, they moved all the furniture, installed, cleaned up and put all furniture back....all in a days work. I'd highly recommend Ambrose to anyone for carpet cleaning or new carpet!!
This is an easy review to write – simply put, BJ and Clare Ambrose are the best! It starts with the wonderful team they make. BJ has worked every phase of the carpet installation process and brings years of experience to the table. Clare offers the thoughtful insight of an interior decorator. Together, they helped guide us in selecting the perfect choice for our condo. And, once the choice was made, the Ambrose team expanded to the installers who were equally impressive by showing up on time, being very professional and making sure they did not leave until we were 100% satisfied. If you’re in the market for carpet, I’d roll out the red one for BJ and Clare!
