We waited to leave a review until we had a deep cleaning and regular cleaning. We are new to Alpine and switched from another company. We appreciate the consistency between the team. They are all very thorough. The add on services can really enhance the experience. I really am impressed with how clean everything smells after they leave. We have a cat who they have been great with. There have not been spots or areas to go back to which is always a plus but honestly I think if there was they would be extremely responsive in correcting the issue.
Alpine Maids for us in the schedule for our initial clean fast, which we desperately needed. Ashley was great to talk through the process and schedule our clean, Alexa and Gabriella who cleaned did a phenomenal job with everything down to the baseboards and kitchen cabinet doors. Everyone loved coming home to a clean house!
Cheri (I hope I spelled it correctly) from @AlpineMaids is extraordinary. We walked through the house, I explained what I needed done and she said exactly what she was going to do. When the job was completed she did exactly that and a little more, including the extra work on the baseboards as my dog’s shedding was apparent.
She was on time (sending a text to let you know they are close) and finished in a reasonable amount of time.
I have used other cleaning services in Denver. Alpine Maids worked with me on price, day and time. And they are eco friendly. If u are looking for a cleaning service I would highly recommend Alpine Maid services.
