Shannon was super transparent on the best and cheapest ways to fix our wet bar mini fridge as well is broken oven parts. He researched the parts for the oven that were super expensive and instead of just ordered them, attempted to fix it on his own first, which he did, and just charged us for our labor. Nice to know that there are people and companies not always looking to charge you the most possible. Just called him again for another appliance fix. Thank you!

I tried several places to try and get someone to fix my dishwasher, and had trouble getting anyone to call me back. Tina, with T & S appliances called me back within an hour of my phone call and was able to schedule a service call with Shannon within two days, which fit my timeline perfectly.
