Shannon at T&S has been fantastic to work with!! I called at least 6 different maintenance service companies/providers (I think even more, really) in the Vail Valley for my broken washing machine, and Shannon was the only one to call me back! He offered to come over the next day to check it out (July 3, so start of the holiday weekend). I'd spent a lot of time researching the potential issue online, and Shannon concurred that that was the problem after inspecting my washer. He was patient while I debated whether to fix it or just buy a new washer, and, once I said go, he placed the order for the part. He called me the morning it arrived and came to my house that afternoon. He charges a flat rate fee based on national standards, rather than an hourly labor rate, so, he's incentivized to get the job done quickly and not dawdle around just to increase the labor fee. I absolutely recommend contacting Shannon at T&S for your home maintenance needs. Friendly, responsive, quick, and absolutely knows what he's talking about and doing.
