We had A/C installed a year and a half ago by Elite HVAC, and we were thrilled to have comfort throughout the house in the summer months. Thrilled until our furnace broke down. Others had told us that our furnace was old and needed parts that were difficult to find and expensive. That’s when I decided to consider replacing it so I called Ricardo at Elite HVAC, who happened to be nearby, He stopped on his way between appointments to try and diagnose my problem. After a while, he had to leave but promised to come back the next morning. He showed up and had a part in his hand that he thought might be the problem. Voilà! Our house was nice and toasty again! Our furnace was making a knocking sound that would wake us up at night. Ricardo searched around until he found the most likely cause. We now are sleeping soundly thanks to him. It was a pleasure working with him and will call him if ever anything else arises.
